I have extensive experience working with young adults and higher education students. While the full range of issues I support adults with applies here too, this stage of life often brings its own challenges, such as:

Couples & Relationship Therapy (Coming soon)
I am currently undertaking a Certificate in Couples & Relationship Therapy, due to complete in February 2026.
Once qualified, I will be offering therapy for couples and other adult relationships, providing a supportive space to explore communication, connection, and intimacy.
